It is our pleasure to invite you to the Joint Meeting of UBC Commissions on Energy, Environment and Transportation which will be held in Gdynia, Poland 17th – 19th March 2010.

The meeting will focus on Sustainable solutions for combating Climate Change in the Baltic Sea Region– implementing the UBC Sustainability Action Programme 2010-2015 and the EU Strategy for the Baltic Sea Region. The meeting is a joint meeting between three Commissions of UBC and we will tackle the challenges of Climate Change from these three angles. The meeting aims to come up with suggestions on how to implement the UBC Sustainability Action Programme and what roles and tasks we want to have in the implementation of the EU strategy for the Baltic Sea Region.

This meeting will offer an efficient networking and dissemination opportunity for the cities to exchange experiences, learn from each others, discuss and develop possible common project ideas and establish co-operation. Together we will find new ways of supporting and strengthen our UBC member cities as well as the whole Baltic Sea Region!
